Please help me..

Please help me to solve this problem..
Is there any rule after a W/H question that we have to use ARE/IS like the below examples..
I meant,

1. "Why you are saying this kind of stuff?? I'm confused" OR "Why are you saying this kind of stuff?? I'm confused"
2. "I'll find where you are." OR "I'll find where are you."
3. "I don't know where you are." OR "I don't know where are you."
4. "Why I can't play well?? I practiced a lot." OR "Why can't I play well?? I practiced a lot."

Thanks..
Then can I say,

1. "Why you are saying this kind of stuff?? I'm confused." other than saying, "Why are you saying this kind of stuff?? I'm confused."
2. "Why I can't see you on my chat list??" other than saying, "Why can't I see you on my chat list??"
Are both two ways grammatically correct??

dilshiI'll find where you are.
dilshi"I don't know where you are."
These are not questions, or cannot be treated as questions. so inversion is required.
Sure, you can find this rule in any advanced grammar book.
