Please help me

Please give me an explanation of the following sentence. It's terribly difficult for me.

He forecasted in August that the country’s GDP would fall 2 percent in 2011 and 2012—a substantial increase from the 0.7 percent and 0.1 percent predicted in June.

Is the following understanding correct?

June --- GDP in June may increase 0.1%(forecast)
June --- GDP in June increased 0.7%(actual)
August --- GDP in 2011 and 2012 may fall 2%(forecast)
