Please help me

We had requested Rainy release the booking for our modification from your system once we noticed the customer requested add 'no solid wood' statement in their document. He did not release it to us until we received the draft from you yesterday. We have waste some day non formal working days as typhoon hoisted in HK since two days which cannot explain him in more details. The vessel will be dispatch on 19, 20 & 21 Sept for these three orders which should not cause any amendment charge from the carrier. Please help to waive the penalty for the last time; we shall pay more attention for the future booking. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
