Please help me

Dear teachers,

Could you possibly help edit my translation of a Provisional Certificate issued by a university in my country?In my country after graduation from the teachers' training university , the university will give the student who just graduated a so called" provision certificate" instead of a university diploma. Only after one year of working , can the graduate be given an official university diploma
