I don't understand the following sentence:

She began to feel she was no more than a burden on her family.

What does the phrase no more than mean here ?

Please help me understand the meaning of the above sentence.

It means that she felt that a burden was ALL she was to her family. They saw her only as burden. At least, in her opinion.
