Thanks Mr. Micawber, I appreciate your corrections, I'm not familiar with formal letters in English, in Spanish is very common to use the same greetings specially if it's for the same group of people like in this case, I always have to inform the owners of the condominium about what happens here, and it's very difficult for me to translate From Spanish to English.
