Please help in finding the answers

We all know how expensive it is to be a university student these days, and it’s not just because of the tuition. There’s the cost of housing, books and supplies, and other personal expenses and fees. For students and their families who are unable to the money to meet all of these costs, several options are available.

There are many types of aid available. Here are a few of the most common:

Student Loans
A student loan is money, usually provided by a bank, that has to be paid back after a student graduates.

Scholarships and Grants
Scholarships and grants are awards of money that don’t have to be paid back. Scholarships are given to students who have shown excellence in academic, athletic, or artistic achievement. Grants are usually given to students who have the greatest financial need and who also show promise of success.

Work-Study
One of the most popular ways for students to help pay for school is to get a part-time job through the work-study program. Many different jobs are available; however, certain requirements must be met.

Check with your Financial Aid Office to see if you qualify for any or all of these possibilities. Good luck!
