Please help improve my letter
Hello,
Could you please improve my letter below? Thanks.
I have an E4EU NOBO panel heater. I was wondering if you could help me with my problem with its TIMER, which seems to suddenly stop working, that I can't make the heater work.
The display is somewhat frozen. I pressed the reset button, and then the display is/was showing "0:00" on AUTO OFF mode. I tried pressing the TIME button (and even tried holding it down for a few seconds), but it didn't make the two dots flashing so that I can/could make the OVERRIDE button work to switch on the heater. I had already allowed 24 hours for the battery to fully charge, making sure that the power was switched ON (in "I" position), but this didn't help either.
By the way, the PROGRAM button works, but I can't go back to TIME mode by pressing the TIME button.
Any difference between my two alternatives?
