Please Help. I need your help greatly.
I need to write a letter to ask the citizens to becoming a member of committee on city's festival. But I don't know how to write in a polite and appropriate way. Would somebody please help me? Your help is greatly appreciated. Please help and see my letter below.
Dear BD's Citizens,
The Community Development Department of BD is in an effort to help stabilize the current businesses as well as creating a bond community where citizens can come to the town square to enjoy a variety of activities. Beginning next year, 2007, the City is planning to have a Spring and Fall festival to enhance the activities in our City. If you are interest in becoming a committee members for the city festivals and assisting on how the City better serve the local businesses and the citizens, please fill out the attached form and the staff from the planning will contact you as we plan for next year festival in late December.
Thank you for your interest in helping the local businesses and creating a stronger community. I look forward to working with you.
