Please help here

Jack: What would have Alex been doing when James met him at his home?
Joel: He would have been playing games on his computer.
Is this conversation correct with 'would have been'?

One more sentence,

Alex would have made dinner by the time James reached his house.

Should be "What would Alex have been doing".
