Please help for two sentences
We received your payment yesterday, however, there is 30% less from the total amount. Please advise the payment date if you have paid the 30% deposit before.
Peter changed his mind / broken his commitment will not join to our company as a clerk in August, and he would stop for the part-time work also due to his family reason. So that, I would like to recruit a clerk instead of him.
