Grammar

Please help express this properly

How would you properly write this?

1 You wouldn't (be able to) guess who's slowest on the uptake and who understands things quickly.

2 Make a bigger opening when cutting a spout in the milk carton so milk flows out faster.

3 Due to the cold weather, my fingers have gotten thinner. I'm going to lose my ring. The ring is loose my finger.

Thank you

For one, if the sentence was in the same paragraph as the bold sentence, how would you personally write it please?
You'd be surprised if I told you who the smart one is and who's a little slower, if you know what I mean.

Hello Mister Micawber,

Could you please tell me how you would say number one. I don't want it to sound stilted.

Could you tell me which is best or better yet, how you would say it?

I don't know what sentences you are asking about any more on this thread, but they all seem OK and none of them are stilted, certainly.
