Please help correct this exercise: Body Language

Italians are famous for their body language. The beginning of this curious kind of language, was in years of conquests and migrations. In Italy lived people from different countries that they had to find a way to comunicate: the simpler way was the body language. When an Italian touches every fingertip each other and shakes his hand, means "what are you saying?!" or "what do you want?!", insted, when he's hungry, he shakes his hand with the fingertip toward the mouth. Another way to say "I'm hungry" is hit the stomach with the index of the open hand, but if you see him touch his chest in the same way, means "he's unpleasant". He kisses his fingertip, and then open his hand immediately, when he want to say "It's delicious". Open and close the fingertip quickly, means "Are you afraid?!", this is such a provocation or a joke. When he shakes his open hand up and down, means "I'm going to beat you!" or "he will want to hit you", insted when he hits, with the hand's palm, his forehead, means "I forgot!".

You have decided to change parts that I did not indicate—and to no particular advantage that I can see. Therefore, I will leave this for someone else to expend their energy upon.
