Please help correct this bullet list....Thank you

· Crew set up equipment at test pit location #5

· Crew began excavation on test hole #5A (North), an unknown wooden duct found to be at a depth of 3.60’.

· Test hole #5A (South) was an unknown wooden duct found to be at a depth of 3.694’.

· Test hole #5B was the edge of the tunnel at the bus terminal found to be at a depth of 5.74’.

· Test hole #5C was an unknown 4” cast iron pipe found to be at a depth of 3.78’.

· Test hole #5D (North) was an unknown wooden duct found to be at a depth of 3.250’.

· Test hole #5D (South) was an unknown wooden duct found to be at a depth of 3.250’.

· Test hole #5E was the top of the tunnel roof found to be at a depth of 6.40’.

· Soil conditions at test pit 5 were unstable causing excavation to be difficult.

Or should it read:

· Crew set up at test pit #5

· Test hole #5A was located at a depth of 3.60’.

· Test hole #5A(south) is a unknown wooden duct found at a depth of 3.694’.

· Test hole #5D (north) is an unknown wooden duct located at a depth of 3.250’.

This all relates to a project which consisted of test holes, which were used to locate various underground utilities.

A co-worker and I were wondering what would be the best way to a bullet list for future projects.

The word "was" makes me think that the utility in question possibly isn't there anymore.

That seems fine to me now.

which revealed a 4” cast iron duct found to be at a depth of 3.125’. I wonder if the phrase 'found to be' is unnecessary, here and elsewhere?
