PLEASE HELP CORRECT SENTENCE DRIVING ME CRAZY

Could you please help me correct these sentences?

1 He's not in as much of a hurry to move at of his new apartment as he was of his old apartment.

2 He makes up for being cheap by being nice./His niceness makes up for his cheapness.

- Try to make it easier on yourself.

3 He' lives 2 minutes (away) from here.

4 When you use your headset to talk on the phone, your voice seems as if its coming from a distance I can barely hear you your voice is so low.

5 I hate people who are different when they are alone with a friend than when they are with a group of people with that same friend.
6 We're only just in Washington. We should be in Canada by now. We've been on the road for a long time.
7 There are never 2 invoices in the same day that are (at) the same amount/price. No 2 clients will ever pay the same amount to the cent. for ex: 2 people won't have to pay 246.35 cents.

I know they are complicated, some are translations and i like to know if I can actually write things that complicated.

For number 7 do you leave in AT or not the sentence kind of seems off to me?

I take the parentheses to mean that the word at can be included or not. Both versions are grammatical. Personally, I would not
