Please help correct my writing task 2

Topic: Some people say that the best way to improve public health is by increasing the number of sporta facilities. Others, however, say that this would have a little effect on public health and that other measures are required. Discuss both these view and give your own opinion.

Public health is a controversial and sophisticated issued that general population are facing nowadays. While some individuals belive sports amenities may enhance community health, I am in favour of the view that sports centers bring about little result on public health and health education is the most effective solution to apply.
On one side of the argument, advocates of this claim that sports facilities is beneficial to promote their health. Firstly it is undeniable fact that community health is greatly enhanced since the number of devices have been increased significantly. Consequently, it can build up resistance for residents to avoid illness such as diabetes or cardiovascular disease. Secondly, sport is the key to release stress levels and mental illness. Recently, the vast majority of inhabitants have a sedentary lifestyle and stressful working conditions. Thus, community should make exercise a regular part of our lives rather than using technology devices.
On the other hand, I maintain that a sports clubs is futile and raising public awareness though health is more valid to execute. This might be explained by the fact that health amenities is only suitable for the already fit. Instead of increasing and upgrading sports facilities, the authority should organize health campaigns or educated resident basic knowledge about health. For example, the state should disserminate information about adverse reactions of smoking or excessive amounts of alcohol and encouraged citizens to opt a healthier lifestyle.
In summary, although I acknowledge that many individuals agree with the view health center would be adbantageous to strengthen global population health, I would argue with the view that raise societies awareness is a visable solution to execute.
