Could you possibly tell me whether these sentences are ok?
a/ Alice : Have you seen Jack recently/lately?
Mary
h, I haven't seen him long since
b/ Jack :Mary, Have you come back to your home village recently/lately?
Mary: Oh, I have been very busy nowadays, so I haven;t come back to my home village long since. I will try to come back next year.

"Nowadays " and " these days " both mean " at the present time ". So if you cannot say" I have been busy nowadays" ,then you cannot say "I have been busy these days ".
In reality, I also hear people say "I have been busy nowadays/ these days".Maybe a native speaker can clarify this.
For me, I will write as follows:
