Could you please help me correct this email and make it natural please?
Hello,
I've subscribed to summer league pass, when I purchased the pass, I was directed to paypal and for some reason I punched in my credit card numbers and paypal prompted a message saying since they couldn't contact me that the payment had been declined, so I retried and it said the same thing, I got an email from summer league pass saying that had purchased the pass twice, two separate emails and that my payment had gone through and hadn't been declined.
Furhermore I can't seem to access my summer league account for some reason, it might be a regional issue but it said that I could watch it in France. So I really don't know why.
Could you let me know what to do and how to get a refund on one of the 2 payments.
