Please help correct

1 I have 4 credit cards to make up for the time I had none.

3 Shouldn't you not be allowed to do it in the first place.

4 This medicine is stronger/more potent than that one.

1 I have 4 credit cards to make up for the time WHEN?? I had none. Is this natural?

2 I was thinking, shouldn't only one be correct and not both since if you put it in the present only I want to make sure I will win seems ok; so the second.
