Please help clean up this messy sentence!
"With bridge financing, you can be comfortably settled in your new NH home, enjoying an exceptional, trouble-free lifestyle, new friendships, and superior amenities and services, including future short or long term care if health issues should ever arise."

The only thing I consider needing correction is "...including short- or long-term care..."
I'd also probably spell out NH.
I'd break it into two sentences though. ...trouble-free lifestyle and new friendships. Amenities and services include...
