Rich countries often give money to poorer countries, but it does not solve poverty. Therefore, developed countries should give other types of help to the poor countries rather than financial aid.

To what extent do you agree or disagree?

What should be done to the third countries to improve the living standards? Rich countries often help developing countries by sending them money to reform their situation. However, money cannot solve poverty entirely and I totally agree that the methods to help developing countries are improving their education, infrastructure and medical health.

Money cannot help the third countries overcome the poverty because of many reasons. First, developing countries may use money to supply food and clothes to the poor in their countries. After using all of money, they may wait to the next money from developed countries without finding the way to overcome the poverty. Therefore, they become passive and the life depends on rich countries. Second, the corruption in the third countries is concerned by the sponsors. The fund is sent to the poor is going to a part of government officers pocket. As the result, the situation of developing countries is never improved.

Developed countries should help poorer countries by improving their education, building infrastructure, and enhancing medical health. It is no doubt that education will help developing countries have a well-educated labor. This labor resource will devote their youth to contribute to the development of their countries. In addition, by helping developing countries in infrastructure, the trade between urban to suburban, cities and rural will be enhanced. Furthermore, medical health is a great support to the third countries. It is obvious that people cannot work effectively with an unhealthy body.

To sum up, money may be a great support to developing countries but it cannot help to solve poverty. Therefore, developed countries have to use in the right way to help the third countries find the way to enhance the living standards, helping people in these countries to make ends meet and have a better life.
