Matthew Bellamy is an English guitarist, singer, pianist and leader of the band called Muse, together with Chris Wolstenholme (bassist) and Dominic Howard (drummer). Right now, they are one of the most famous bands on air around the world. The new European Tour, that they're going to do, is already almost sold out.
Bellamy uses a particular guitar hand made by Hugh Manson, a famous English instrument maker. 'This one? isn't a standard guitar' as we know, but it has a particular kind of elaboration? that makes its sound more particular? than the other ones.
In terms of electronics, it has incorporated in its body: a Fuzz Distortion, a Kaos Pad System, a Sound Sustainer System and two special Humbucking Pickups. Plus?Besides, Matthew uses various kinds of pedal effects (Chorus, Delay, Reverb, Synth, Moog, etc.) and his sound is controlled by a technician with a specific computer program behind the scenes.
For these reasons the Muse's live sound is terrific.
