00To be conscious that you are ignorant is a great step to get knowledge. Learning is an ongoing process during one’s life. Being 18 years old, I firmly believe that there is nothing better than gaining new knowledge or information on a day to day basis. 02br

00After my senior secondary examinations got over, most of my friends were discussing which college to go to and which course to apply for, whereas I had something else in my mind. I wanted to gain experience and knowledge not only through classes and books, but also by working.02br

00I have always known that I want to work in this direction. H00owever, I have learnt that studies and work always go hand in hand and neither one of them should be ignored in any case. That’s why when I read00 00about HIA Summer Programs in Berlin and Warsaw 200700, 00I understood that this program would provide and new practices, and meetings, and opportunity to share my own experience, and realize myself, and to know more about culture of other countries. More over this program would give precious experience in communication with 00activists, politicians, academia and other experts on the field and guided site.00 I think, if you choose me as a member of this project, I would be able to use the experience I got to continue my present work and make it more successful.00 02br

00All though the problem of discrimination has existed and being interested by people for the whole history of human life, i00nfringements of human rights 00of minorities wasn’t considered enough. I think, the minorities like other representatives of society should be provided with equal rights. The problem of i00nfringements of human rights, especially00 i00nfringements of human rights of minorities (00e00.00g00. 00r00eligious00, 00ethnic00 00or00 00others00) – 00is a problem of00 00the world society and to look for and solve its00 00original cause, on my opinion, is possible to do only in cooperation and interaction.02br

00Every country has its own methodology of overcoming this problem, so, it would be wise to use and practice the methodologies of different countries on this issue and introduce them to the plan of overcoming this problem in 010200.02br

00Through my previous work experience, I have gathered good practice skills and am able to present my ideas in a fluent and confident manner. Friends and acquaintances all testify to the fact that I relate to people easily and that I am able to adapt quickly to new surroundings and situations. I have learnt to work towards, and achieve my aims with great interest and perseverance. It is my hope to learn more about the problem of discrimination and the ways of solving it in other countries. 02br
