Topic:

Write a letter to your landlord complaining about noise in the block of flats which he owns. Include:

• where you live
• what the problem is
• what he should do

Dear Mr. John Smith,

I am writing to bring to your attention a significant problem in your block of flats in Ho Chi Minh city.

The problem relates to the noise which appeared three weeks ago from above floors. I am living in 15th floor of Block A in Vinhome apartment. I totally love my place because of its peace and convenience. I work from home and the regular noise impacts seriously my work and my life. I believe other households also are unhappy with this annoying matter. The noise is started several times a day and often at rest time. I have tried to contact the apartment's guardians but it seems there is not much improvement.

I hope you will rectify the problem by visiting each households in above floors directly and specify from where the noise comes and give useful solution to prevent it. It is vital that you give quiet space to your customers who trust in your service.
