Thank you so much for your attention and i really appreciate that.

Anyway, in terms of question 3, so were you saying i can't use it this way? All phrases were wrong or not? or could you make up a example for me if possible

a) It can increase the sales as well as building up reputation
b) It can increase the sales and to build reputation
c

Let's take the first sentence.

a) It can increase the sales as well as building up reputation

Remove the first verb+ object and conjunction to make a simple sentence that has the second verb + object:
a) It can increase the sales as well as building up reputation
Does this make a good sentence? - It can building

Awesome explanation,i hoped i have got it, so B and C should be just simply

"It can increase the sales and build up reputation" ? right?

b) It can increase the sales and to build reputation

c) It can increase the sales and building up reputation

Yes. To make it more natural, it needs a little tweaking.

It can increase the sales and build up our/your reputation.

Also, please remember that "i" is not correct. The ( b) and ( c) sentences are not correct for the same reason that ( a) was not correct.

Do you mind if I ask one more question

1. During a conversation, if someone says like " My boyfriend is bad" then I wanna know more about it, I would reply " Why? "

But if the person says something positive like " My boyfriend is really good" and I wanna know more about it, saying " Why" would not seem so appropriate. Can I say " like what ?" or any other suggestions.
