1)Except serves the purpose of exclusion ,while Besides serves that of inclusion .So it is better to use besides because the name of the beneficiary is a part of the document .
2).....We will process the document if there is no more requirements . Can ?
And I don't understand if 'is required' is passive form , then why do you put no more ?

1 - 'Besides' because the name of the beneficiary needed to be changed also.
2 - If no more (change) is required / if no more (changes) are required / if there are no more requirements

So it is grammatically correct to write without the word "change" ?
