Please help

Didn't the hospital suggest you started seeing a psychiatrist?

Is this correct? Can I just say the hospital or should I say something like the people at the hospital?

anonymous Is this correct? Yes. Everybody knows that hospitals cannot talk, so it's obvious that people working at the hospital were involved.
