Grammar

Please help

1) The eyes of Dr.T.J.Eckleburg look out of no face, but, instead, from a pair of enormous yellow spectacles which pass over a non-existent nose.

2) They search for their pleasures within the misery of others.

3) They force the circumstances to be as they want.

4) Tom makes Nick participates in one of his parties with his mistress.


Are they grammatically correct?
