Please help me to correct those sentence, I tried to explain some instruction on elearning website. Your response is highly appreciated.
- Coordinate with Manager of departments to remind trainees who have not yet started their lesssion after ½ course time.
- Follow up, evaluate progress of the reading and testing to ensure 100% of trainees completed their taks ahead of time.

- Follow up, evaluate the progress of the reading and testing to ensure 100% of trainees completed their tasks ahead of time. (Why do you want them to complete tasks ahead of time? That doesn't make sense to me.)
