Conversation 1:

Ann: Hey Jennifer, I am going to need to pick up my cousin from the airport. I would be happy if you lent me your car on that day.

Jennifer: Sure.


Conversation 2:

Ann: Hey Jennifer, I am going to need to pick up my cousin from the airport. I would be happy if you would lend me your car on that day.

Jennifer: Sure.


Conversation 3:

Ann: Hey Jennifer, I am going to need to pick up my cousin from the airport. I would be happy if you lend me your car on that day.

Jennifer: Sure.


Conversation 4:

Ann: Hey Jennifer, I am going to need to pick up my cousin from the airport. I would be happy if you were going to lend me your car on that day.

Jennifer: Sure.

None is natural conversation. If you wish to use 'would', do this:
