>It was agreed that XXX Corporation would make a milestone plan, covering the activities the next ½ year, so Professor Jones understands what you will be working on during this time period to plan the B-B sale, which we understood is the responsibility of XXX Corporation and the B-C sale, to be undertaken by the YYY company.

This is extracted from an email to XXX Cooperation.

When shortened, it says:
It was agreed that XXX Corporation would make a milestone plan, so Professor Jones understands what you will be working on during this time period to plan the B-B sale, and the B-C sale.

I assume the underlined "you" means XXX Cooperation.

Then the subject of the underlined "plan" is XXX Cooperation, right?

So, is XXX Cooperation responsible for planning both B-B and B-C sales, and the B-C sales will then be operated (succeeded) by YYY company?

Or, is XXX Cooperation only responsible for the B-B sales, and the B-C sales is totally up to YYY company?
