Is it correct to say " scramble for paying the meal?" If not, can you give me some sentences which have the same meaning as that?

I think you mean "scramble to pay for the meal."

Try to give more helpful titles for your threads in future. 'Please help' tells us nothing. 'Scramble for paying - Correct? would have been good.
