Can say " He is in a another team" ?
Additionally for words like another or other do we use "a" or "an"
eg: Can i have (a/an) another apple please

No.
" He is in another team."
Can I have another apple, please?

No. a + other = an + other = another.

So 'another' has already got 'a'/'an' in it. You can't put an extra one. That's like saying, "It's a a good team".
