Please help
Customer complained to receive 100 cartons goods with incorrect model no. on shipping marks. The model no. showed ABC123 which is not their no. They will rework them in USA. We will charge you accordingly and debit note will be sent ASAP.
Our QC had noticed the incorrect model no. shown on the shipping mark during the inspection and requested the factory to make immediately correction. However, the factory did not correct all completely. Please advise how many incorrect cartons you received and the cost for correction. We will reflect to the factory
