We repeated again that the document was sent on 08 April and resent on 09 April as requested. The shipment has been delay due to missed this vessel, your required of USD100 to change to the next vessel is unfair and unacceptable. Pleas ask your manager to waiver review the case and absort it for us. Otherwise, we will sugguest our customer do not use your service in future.
