Please help

As explained before that even the number of carton is correct, but the goods is missing from the carton. Therefore, even your photo shown the number of cartons are correct. Based on FOB terms, you are responsible to for the missing goods. The invoice cannot be voided, but our boss confirm to bear half cost with you due to our long partners relationship.
