Please help

My file has not been touched since three days after they received it. for eg: they received it on 01/01 and it was touched on 01/03. no touches since then. How do I say the above sentence. I am pretty sure it it incorrect,

Actually, it's perfectly correct. ) Sorry, I couldn't resist that! If your sentence is included in other context concerning your complaint, it should be easily understood.

Actually, it's perfectly correct.
