Please help

How is the schedule? Please do not wasting the time to make non-sense excuse to trying delay the shipment. Even 45 days letter of credit request against the production has been overdue. Please look into the matter to see how to help fix it instead of screw up the problem which is moreactively to help the customer minimize late penalty from their buyer.

Hi,
I'm not familiar with the proper wording to describe the "letter of credit" you mention.
Is it called "a 45 days letter of credit"? Or is it 45 days overdue?
In what sense is it "against" the production?
Who is requesting the letter of credit?
Who is supposed to provide it?
Exactly what is overdue? The request or the letter?
