Please help

As per your instruction, your forwarder will pick up the goods from the factory directly. However, they request we deliver the goods to them. Please clarify and advise your instruction. Furthermore, we will send the shipment sample to you on or before this weekend after it passing our inspection.

The container was blocked in the customs since last Saturday. The factory is fix the problem now and see if it can be released today or not. Please postpone it to the next vessel.

I would write something like this:

Is it correct from the grammar point of view too ?
"They request" sounds for me like they are requesting every time, but the sentence is about one specific situation. Do you agree ?
