Please help

We received a complaint from customer yesterday that 1 carton of ID 123 missed, but 1 carton of ID 467 more in the shipment. After investigated and advised by Peter that the shipping marks was exchanged between them. The forwarder will help to correct the shipping marks and charge you of USD200.00 handling fee. Please ensure all the goods are correct and only the shipping mark exchanged. We shall hold your responsibility if there is any incorrect goods received from the customer (at the end).
