Hi,

this sentence means, at the 1880's, 1870's, 1860's 1800..., I have to choose the one less changed than the others?

I used above sentences in order to show example" before 1890's"

before 1890's( by 1890's) means 1880's, 1850's 1800's 1750's and so on.
