Please help

We have advised you the customer paid penalty to their buyer due to your delay. However, the schedule cannot not be keep again? How can we face to the customer for this delay again? Please find some solution such as push your supplier to delivery the material to you tonight and overtime work etc to keep your committed schedule. Otherwise, please ship the them by air at your company cost. Also we will charge you for the 0.5% per day late penalty.
