Dear teachers,

Can I wrte this?

The school certifies that Mr.A ,born on December 10, 1949,has successfully passed the graduation examination for training of Senior secondary school Teacher .

(Here I mean Mr A has just graduated from the Teachers' Training College .He will be a Senior Secondary school Teacher )
