3. This is a normal practice for all the cost outside of applicant’s country is pay by the beneficiary. Because these costs are such as the telex free, chaser free or bank handling fee and all of these expenses are occurrences in beneficiary’s country.

3. It is normal practice for all costs outside the applicant’s country to be paid by the beneficiary, because all of these expenses, such as the telex fee, chaser fee and bank handling fee, occur in the beneficiary’s country.

I think that 'beneficiary' is the wrong word, but I cannot understand whether you are talking about the buyer or the seller.
