Please try explain to Michel that as our discussion this morning :
1. We will try to consolidate both Spain & France shipment ex-factory to HK at the same time to save the cost if all the goods are passed inspection and closing at the same date. But there will be an addition cost for the local trucking around USD50 even thought thery are use the same trucking from China to HK. If both goods unable arrange together in one truck, then there will one more additional fee for the trucking of USD800, total cost is USD850.
2. The cost for Chinese customs document must need to pay even though they can ship at the same time or not. The normal cost for this documentation is around USD100, but xx factory will be higher as they are not a export permit. The details as shown below for your easy reference
