Please help

Thank you for the information. We made the incorrect booking to Agility before based on the customer latest instruction version on 25 July 08. We make it clear after help by Lily clarify with you. Please find attached the booking we placed on 08 August, we would like your help to expedite release it to us as we are wasting too much time before for the incorrect submission. The shipment window is 01-16 August which is only 5 days left. Please help.
