Please help

Please help me find the most commonly used words for the phrase in bold type:

1/ A worker in a factory is not allowed to take anything out of the factory unless he has a written permission of his manager and he has to give this paper to the security guard before taking things out of the factory. What words must I use to describe this written permission .( eg.taking-out form ....)

> The worker has to show the taking-out form to the securuty guard

I think the taking-out form here is not correct . So please correct for me.

2/ A passenger who wants to board a plane must show a boarding pass .

So , can I say a visitor who wants to enter the factory must show an entry pass to the security guard and a visitor who wants to exit the factory must show an exit pass? Please help me find the most commonly used words for an entry pass and exit pass ( I think entry pass and exit pass are not correct here )

I would appreciate it very much if you correct my sentences

The terms are recognizable.

However, passes are not generally required for visitors unless the factory is particularly security-minded.
