please help

1.Is it necessary to use the negative adverb in this sentence structure <Rarely does he play snooker.>?

Can I write like this <Frequantly does he play snooker.>

2.Is it a must to write <so or such> in this sentence structure <Talk shows are so/such popular that almost every TV network has at least one. >?

3.Is it correct that placing 2 fullstops in such sentence<He was hired in ABC, Inc..>?

Because we need to place a fullstop after <Inc>.

2. You cannot use 'such' in that structure. The structure should be so+adjective+that.
You could, however, say these:
such fun that
(such+noun+that)
such extraordinary intelligence that (such+adjective
