Please help.
Last week, we received your three debit note (ABC123, 234, 456) for the re-inspection charge. However, we found that the amount is incorrect which is triplicate counted (USD360.00)? There is only one re-inspection lot shipment and and should charge us USD120.00 only. Could you please double check and confirm.
