please help

Here are the content of my document, but I pick only the sentences wherein im not sure if it is gramatically correct - (is this statement is correct?)

  • The system will not accept duplicate file, unless the previous filed under time has been disapproved.
  • All “For endorsement” and “For Approval” request will be forwarded to signatory for approval.


  • All data entered by the user will be stored in database. In this program the user must ensure that the data they will enter are correct. To cancel entry that has been processed by HR, user must file a change request to delete the existing record.
